Citizens Electric Corporation (CEC) strives for excellence in providing safe, dependable service that adds value to the lives of our members. However, CEC cannot guarantee an uninterruptable supply of power, and we know that service interruptions are life interruptions for our members. If you’ve suffered damage or loss and believe CEC may be responsible, you can submit an inquiry for review.
CEC follows industry practice and as such will not be liable for damage or loss due to circumstances outside of our control. To this end, the following unpreventable or unpredictable damages generally do not qualify as a valid claim, and you may need to file with your insurance provider.

CEC is committed to investigating all claim inquiries promptly and fairly, on a case-by-case basis, and providing restitution for claims for which we are responsible.
