"Small change that makes a big difference” is the foundation on which the Operation Round Up® program was built.  Members who agree to participate allow Citizens Electric Corporation to “round up” their monthly electric bill to the next highest dollar.  For example, a bill of $55.75 would be rounded up to $56 with the additional $0.25 going to the Operation Round Up® fund. On average, members donate $6 per year to round their total up. 

With Operation Round Up® funds Citizens Electric Corporation matches your contributions and works closely with East Missouri Action Agency (EMAA) to help those in need with energy assistance.  Disabled individuals or those 60 years of age or older, and low-income individuals can apply for energy assistance by calling 800-392-8663.
