In our continuing effort to provide members with safe, reliable power, Citizens Electric Corporation contracts with Lee Inspection Services yearly to inspect over 9,000 poles. Pole inspections are rotated throughout the service territory on a seven-year cycle. The below image identifies areas where contractors will be working for the next several months this year.  Members may receive a courtesy visit from Lee Inspection employees before accessing members’ property.

Lee Inspection Services intends to use a two-employee crew with a UTV to access the Citizens Electric easement areas. Poles and meters will be inspected to identify eroding and the need for replacement, meters will need nothing more than a visual inspection
