Citizens Electric Corporation is proud to recognize Angi Herman for completing the Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program (MIP), a nationally respected leadership development program for electric cooperative professionals.

The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and strategic leadership training designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of cooperative operations. Through real-world learning opportunities and collaboration with industry peers, participants enhance their leadership abilities, financial knowledge, and operational insight while building a strong professional network across the electric cooperative system.
