Citizens Electric names new Vice President of Engineering
Perryville, Missouri, January 14, 2026 - Citizens Electric Corporation today announced Randall Lewis as its Vice President of Engineering.
Lewis brings more than a decade of experience in electric utility engineering and leadership, with a proven track record in strategic planning, system design, and operational excellence. In his new role, he will provide executive leadership for the organization’s engineering functions, supporting system reliability, infrastructure investment, and long-term planning initiatives.
Most recently, Lewis served as Chief Engineering Officer at Bartlett Electric Cooperative, where he oversaw technical operations, construction work plans, and major substation and transmission capital projects. His career also includes leadership roles at the City of College Station Electric Utilities and Electrical District No. 2 of Pinal County. In these positions, he led engineering and operations teams, developed long-range work plans, and directed large-scale infrastructure projects critical to serving growing communities.
Lewis is a licensed Professional Engineer with expertise in project management and a collaborative leadership style that emphasizes alignment across engineering and operations teams.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri - St. Louis/Washington Joint Engineering Program.
