Incumbent Directors Re-Elected at CEC's Annual Meeting

Citizens Electric Corporation welcomed members and guests to its Annual Meeting on June 18, 2026, held at the cooperative’s headquarters in Perryville. Attendees gathered to connect with leadership, review the past year, and participate in the cooperative governance process. 

The meeting featured highlights of key accomplishments from the previous year, a summary of the 2025 financial report, and the official certification of the 2026 Director Election. 

Members had multiple convenient options for casting their ballots, including mail-in, in-person, and electronic voting. Since its introduction in 2020, electronic voting has continued to offer a fast, secure, and reliable way for members to participate while avoiding potential mail delays. 

Official election results confirm the re-election of Thomas Keim and Rodney Scherer to represent the Ste. Genevieve County District. Richard DeWilde and Don Fulford were likewise re-elected and will continue serving the Corporation’s Perry County membership.
